- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound egg noodles
- In a slow cooker, combine beef, beef broth, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and mushrooms.
