  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the slow cooker by greasing it lightly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, and paprika. Mix until the chicken is well-coated.
