  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, diced
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the diced turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  4. Stir in coleslaw mix, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook until cabbage is tender.
  5. Return the turkey bacon to the skillet. Stir well and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
