- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
