- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup diced turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
- Add the cooled macaroni to the bowl, along with the turkey bacon, chicken ham, green onions, carrots, and sweet pickle relish. Stir until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
- This salad tastes best when it has had time to chill in the refrigerator.
