  • 2 cups cooked orzo
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups French onion soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Swiss or Gruyère)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked orzo, chicken, turkey bacon, French onion soup, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
