Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
  6. Stir in the ground cinnamon.
  7. Roll out the dough and cut into rectangles.
  8. Place the cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
