  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear steaks for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
