Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Pasta (One-Pan)

An easy and delicious one-pan recipe for garlic parmesan chicken and pasta, perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups spinach

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. Add the pasta, chicken broth, and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked, around 10-12 minutes.
  6. Stir in spinach and parmesan cheese, and cook until spinach is wilted and cheese is melted.
