- 8 ounces gluten-free rice noodles
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Soak the gluten-free rice noodles in hot water for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce and oyster sauce, and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add the remaining oil to the pan, then add garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the soaked noodles, bean sprouts, and cooked beef back into the pan. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped green onions, cook for another minute, then serve hot.
