Ham and Cheese Egg Muffins

Delicious and easy-to-make Ham and Cheese Egg Muffins that are perfect for breakfast or a snack.

  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the cheese, chicken ham, and turkey bacon.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture into each cup, filling about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the muffins are set and golden.
  6. Allow to cool before removing from the tin.
