High Protein Creamy Beef Pasta

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble the bacon.
  3. In the same skillet, add diced onions and minced garlic; sauté until soft.
  4. Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Add the cooked pasta, spinach, and crumbled bacon; mix well and cook until heated through.
