  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by pounding it to an even thickness.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with spices.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry the chicken in a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Transfer to the oven and cook for 10 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. Drizzle with hot honey before serving.
