Italian Stuffed Meatloaf

Delicious and savory Italian stuffed meatloaf made with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup chicken ham, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
