- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup chicken ham, diced
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
