Korean BBQ Meatballs with Spicy Mayo Dip

Korean BBQ Meatballs are a wonderful combination of juicy flavors served with a spicy mayo dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Mix until well combined, then form into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the spicy mayo dip by mixing mayonnaise, Sriracha, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
  6. Serve the meatballs with the spicy mayo dip.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the meatballs in the sauce for a few hours before cooking.
  • Adjust the spiciness of the dip by adding more or less Sriracha.
