- 2 cups leftover pulled pork
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add leftover pulled pork, diced tomatoes, beans, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Stir well.
