  • 4 large potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheese, egg, onion, garlic, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
  5. While the meatloaf is baking, peel and chop the potatoes. Boil them in salted water until tender.
  6. Drain the potatoes and add butter and sour cream. Mash until smooth.
