Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
