  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sourdough starter, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add water and olive oil, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, then place it in a greased bowl and cover.
  4. Let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1-2 hours.
  5. Once risen, gently fold in the mixed berries.
  6. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  7. Spread the dough into a baking pan, dimple the surface, and drizzle with additional olive oil.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
