Mouthwatering Stuffed Mushrooms

A delicious appetizer featuring stuffed mushrooms filled with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it.
  4. In a bowl, mix the chopped turkey bacon, chicken ham, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  5. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  6. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • These stuffed mushrooms can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
