Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add garlic.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place in the pan.
  4. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and pour heavy cream over the top.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and basil on top.
