  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined, then take a portion of the mixture and flatten it.
  4. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center and wrap the turkey mixture around it to form a meatball.
  5. Wrap each meatball with chopped turkey bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  6. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
