- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups cooked rice
