  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Add pasta, cherry tomatoes, and spices. Pour in enough water to cover the pasta.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
