- 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies for topping
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
