  • 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese and vanilla extract, then fold in the whipped cream.
  6. Pour the mousse mixture over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Top with crushed Oreo cookies before serving.
