- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumbers, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, crumbled turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
