  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin puree

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the butter and sugars until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs, pumpkin, and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter among the cupcake liners and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Allow the cupcakes to cool, then frost with cream cheese frosting and drizzle with salted caramel.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
