  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, and oil.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into muffin tins lined with paper cups.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
