- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, rolled oats, protein powder, almond butter, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
