  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet and roast for 10-15 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Let the seeds cool slightly, then transfer them to a food processor.
  4. Add honey or maple syrup and salt to the food processor.
  5. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. If it’s too thick, add coconut oil to help it blend.
  6. Once desired consistency is reached, transfer the butter to a jar and let it cool.
