Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, and butter until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the additional sugar and cinnamon for rolling.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough into the sugar-cinnamon mixture and roll to coat.
