- 2 medium zucchinis
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the flesh to create space for filling.
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped turkey bacon with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the zucchini halves with the bacon mixture and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
