- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup whole milk, warmed
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup raspberry jam
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add warmed milk and eggs to the mixture, then knead until smooth.
- Incorporate softened butter and continue kneading for about 10 minutes.
- Allow the dough to rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough, spread raspberry jam over the surface, and roll it up tightly.
