  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole milk, warmed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warmed milk and eggs to the mixture, then knead until smooth.
  3. Incorporate softened butter and continue kneading for about 10 minutes.
  4. Allow the dough to rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough, spread raspberry jam over the surface, and roll it up tightly.
  6. Cut the roll into slices and arrange in a greased baking pan.
  7. Let it rise again for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
