  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Add vanilla to the creamed mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until combined.
  6. Press the dough into a pie dish and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Evenly spread the caramel sauce over the pie crust.
  9. In a pan, toast the shredded coconut until golden and sprinkle over the caramel.
  10. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the pie.
  11. Let cool completely before serving.
