  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture into the skillet with the sausage and scramble until fully cooked.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
