Seafood Boil for Christmas with Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds shrimp, deveined
  • 1 pound crab legs
  • 1 pound mussels
  • 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 ears corn, halved
  • 6 red potatoes
  • 1/2 cup garlic butter
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, fill with water and bring to a boil. Add Old Bay seasoning and potatoes.
  2. After 10 minutes, add corn and sausage, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp, crab legs, and mussels, cooking for another 5 minutes until the shrimp are pink and mussels are opened.
  4. Drain the seafood and vegetables, then transfer to a large serving platter.
  5. Drizzle with melted garlic butter and lemon juice before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning according to taste.
  • For an extra kick, add hot sauce to the garlic butter.
