- 1 pound sausage links
- 2 cups sweet potatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper, then toss to coat.
- Spread sweet potatoes on a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- While the sweet potatoes are baking, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
