  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese, and parsley; mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
