  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the rice and stir for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and cream, stirring to combine.
  5. Place the chicken back in the skillet, cover, and simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
