- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the rice and stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and cream, stirring to combine.
