  • 3 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 packet Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 hoagie rolls

Instructions

  1. Place the beef roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the meat.
  3. Pour the beef broth around the roast.
  4. Add the bell peppers, onions, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
  6. Shred the beef with two forks and mix it into the juices.
  7. Serve on hoagie rolls.
