Slow Cooker Shrimp Boil

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 cups corn, cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In the slow cooker, combine the water, turkey bacon, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and lemon.
  2. Add the baby potatoes and corn, then cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
  3. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with additional lemon if desired.
