  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  5. Mix in the vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sour cream until well combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is set.
  8. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
