  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced beef sirloin and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and mix well. Bring to a simmer and let cook for a few minutes until thickened.
  6. Add cooked ramen noodles to the sauce, tossing to coat them evenly.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
