- 2 packs instant ramen noodles
- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced beef sirloin and cook until browned.
- Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and mix well. Bring to a simmer and let cook for a few minutes until thickened.
- Add cooked ramen noodles to the sauce, tossing to coat them evenly.
