- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the sliced strawberries.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Pour half of the cake batter into a greased baking pan. Sprinkle half of the brown sugar mixture on top.
- Pour the remaining cake batter and top with the rest of the brown sugar mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool.
- For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and milk. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
