Instructions

  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of the sushi rolling mats.
  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pressed graham cracker base.
  6. Layer sliced strawberries on top.
  7. Roll up the mat tightly to form sushi rolls.
  8. Slice into pieces and serve chilled.
