  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  6. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the wedges in the last 5 minutes of baking.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, soak wedges in water for 30 minutes before baking.
  • Feel free to add your favorite herbs for more flavor.
