- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
