The Caesar-Inspired Pasta Salad I’m Making All Summer

This Caesar-inspired pasta salad is the perfect summer dish, combining the flavors of a classic Caesar salad with pasta for a refreshing and easy meal.

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup croutons

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Add the Caesar dressing and toss until well coated.
  4. Gently fold in the romaine lettuce and croutons just before serving.
