- 1 package tortellini
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from skillet and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and sauté for a few minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet with chicken ham. Pour the cream mixture over the tortellini and stir to combine.
- Cook on low heat for a few minutes until heated through and the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in the crumbled turkey bacon and fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately.
